The company has organized successful virtual music concerts and movie showings within Fortnite to show that such events can attract millions of players.
Despite its success, Epic Games hasn’t achieved the user or developer adoption necessary to realize its Metaverse ambitions. However, it does have a stable consumer base and a powerful gaming ecosystem that can help it establish its reputation as the leading developer of metaverse-based games.
